Purpose of This Website
This Website provides peer-led support. Resources for individuals experiencing OCD and anxiety are also available upon request.
This is not therapy and does not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice or care.
Not a Substitute for Professional Care

The facilitator is not a licensed clinician

Participation does not replace therapy or medical care
You are responsible for your own mental health decisions. We strongly encourage seeking care from a licensed professional. A resource list is available upon request.
Confidentiality Agreement
Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others.

What is shared in the group should stay in the group

Do not share identifying or personal information about others outside the group
While confidentiality is strongly encouraged, this is a peer-led group and confidentiality cannot be legally guaranteed.
Group Rules & Appropriate Conduct
To maintain a safe and supportive environment, participants agree to:

Be respectful and supportive

Avoid harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior

Not present themselves as a medical or mental health professional
Topics Not Appropriate for Group:
Please avoid:

Politics
-
Discussions of self-harm
-
Active suicidal ideation

Drug use
If unsure whether a topic is appropriate, please contact us in advance.
We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these guidelines.
Safety Policy
This group is not equipped to handle crisis situations.
Please do not attend if you are experiencing:

Active suicidal thoughts with a plan

Intent to harm yourself or others
If you are in crisis, seek immediate help.

Group Cancellations
If a session must be canceled, we will attempt to notify participants via email at least 24 hours in advance.
