Our Goals

The Greater Houston Peer Led OCD And Anxiety Support Group connects individuals impacted by anxiety and OCD to foster meaningful discussions where people can share there stuggles and success around battling OCD and Anxiety. Let's learn to manage our struggles together. We aim to provide resources for healing and growth in a supportive community.

Community

We focus on building connections among participants to create a sense of belonging.

Support

We encourage sharing experiences to cultivate understanding and validation.

Skills

Our group encourages members to share helpful coping skills that they have learned, enhancing personal growth and resilance.

Resources

We provide information about professional help available. The struggle is real and help is available.
